Formation of "green" architecture of residential complexes (using the example of the Astana, Sydney)

In this paper, as part of the study "green" architecture buildings, two large developing cities Astana and Sydney are considered, where, according to authors, most pronounced forms environmental pollution, due a number similar reasons for their occurrence. Today it has become obvious that natural component environment is noticeably decreasing in Earth appeal world architectural community aspects design construction, contributing comfortable, sustainable development urban space, been particularly relevant past decades. Different have own ecological situation, depending on climatic, socio-economic conditions, nature development, effective mechanisms optimizing state spaces determined. Against background unfavorable situation world, Sydney, guidelines being created today direction formation quality, where relevance issues harmonious human interaction with increases every year. The article discusses modern projects residential complexes "Green Quarter" "One Central Park". As result comparative analysis, was possible identify distinctive features search methods creating architecture, defining objective prerequisites solutions further housing architecture.
